Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or using automated systems to generate bonus turnover, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings plus potential account termination.
All bonus funds carry wagering requirements (also known as rollover requirements or playthrough requirements) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services. We are not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, payment processor delays, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control. You use our services at your own risk and accept responsibility for any consequences of your gaming activities.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Reasons for account termination may include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, failure to complete KYC verification, jurisdictional restrictions, or prolonged account inactivity.
Upon termination for cause (Terms violation, fraud, or prohibited activity), all balances and winnings will be forfeited and your account will be permanently closed with no opportunity for reinstatement. You will remain liable for any outstanding obligations to pt88.
Upon termination without cause or at your request (voluntary account closure), we will return any remaining verified balance in your account after deducting any applicable fees, pending transactions, or amounts subject to dispute. Withdrawal of final balances is subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance. Accounts may not be reopened once voluntarily closed, except at our sole discretion following a cooling-off period.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws applicable to online gaming operations.
